Süit oda tutmamıza rağmen 10 yaşindakı oğlumu koltukta yatırmamızı istediler kabul etmeyince zoraki bir portatif yatak getirdiler yatak o kadarr kotuyduki 3 gün lük konaklama yı 2. Gününde sonlandırdık otel odasındaki havalandırma hiç kapanmıyor ve devamli gürültü çıkarıyordu ve odayı devamli soğutuyordu kapatmak istediğimizde otelden merkezi havalandırma olduğunu kapatırsak ters rüzgardan dolayı koku oluşacağinı soylediler. Oda çatı katında olduğundan ilave ısıtıcı talep ederek konaklamak zorunda bırakıldık. 10 yaşında oğlumuzun rahatsızlanması ile erken çikiş için talebimizi resepsiyon görevlisi Muhammed beye ilettik. Ayrıca paket tur almadık gecelik ücret ödeyerek kaldığımızdan tam 1 gün öncesinde, öğlen saat 12:30 civarı geri dönüş için yola çıkmak istedik. Ancak rezervasyonun hotels.com üzerinden yapıldığını ve eğer hotels.com ile bu talebimizi görüşmemiz gerektiğini ve hotels.com kabul ederse kendileri için problem olmadığını söylediler. Ancak bizi oyalama ve biz değil hotels.com kabul etmedi planı olduğunu biz, en sonunda, kalmayacağımız gün olan EUR250 dahil Suit oda konaklama ücretinin tamamını bizi Sanki Siz kabul etmemişsiniz gibi kandırmak suretiyle zoraki ve alelacele tahsil ettikten sonra fark ettik. Sanki siz kabul etmemişsiniz gibi davranıp bütün sorumluluğu hotels. com a attılar. Paket program olmamasına özenle dikkat etmemize ve dilediğimiz kadar kalbilme özgürlüğüne sahip olduğumuzun farkındayız. Mesafeli Satış yasal hakkımızı sonuna kadar kullanacağız.

Otel temiz ve çalışanlar saygılı ve ılgili. Yer olarakta dinlenebileceğiniz bir bölgede. Bulunduğu rakım nedeniyle bölgeye giderken hazırlıklı gidilmeli. :) Dinlendirici ve eğlenceli bir bölge.

Temiz ve sakin

Yaz döneminde sezon dışı konakladık. Şehirden uzak sakin olacağını bilerek seçtik. Çok memnun kaldık. Az müşteri olduğu için kahvaltı biraz zayıftı ama sorun değildi bizim için.
