Nous avons bien demander si la piscine était ouvert avant de réserver on nous as répondu que oui en arrivant on nous dit que la piscine et en nettoyage de plus j’ai réservé une nuit via hôtel.com et en arrivant il m’a demandé le montant de 4 nuit donc bien faire attention au prix et répéter s’il le faut décevant

Disappointed
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HotelsGood value for money but the hotel is not well maintened. Balcony is not safe for kids. No one cleaned our room on our second day. Swimming pool is really cold. Someone left his food tray in the stairs on our first day and it stayed there until we left. Not sure if eventually someone removed it. The hotel looks understaffed. Breakfast is so so. There was also a very bad smell outside the hotel on our second day, it was impossible to open the window with such smell. Next time I would rather stay in a hotel closer to downtown. This hotel has potential thought but they need to maintain it properly.

très bon hôtel, très bon rapport qualité prix. le personnel est à l écoute, particulièrement Eyüp qui a su répondre à nos attentes et résoudre nos problèmes de façon très professionnelle et réactive. un grand merci à lui!!

Tres satisfaite

Bonnes prestations en général
Publié le 28 août 2022 sur HotelsHôtel très bien pour 1 nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Chambre familiale propre et spacieuse. Personnel sympathique et aidant.
La température de la piscine est un peu fraîche. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très pratique.
