Most of the staff were pleasant. Room was not very clean and the breakfast was short on food until we were ready to leave then they put more stuff out

Not real happy with our stay at American

The room was clean. However the pool was empty, the ice machine by our roowas broken and the :secured" door by our end of the building was open all night. So, we didn't feel real safe. A pick-up truck sat outside our window in the parking lot at 11:00 pm with the engine running & the headlight shining into our room for about a hatf an hour before he finally left.

The hotel looks and feels worn. It’s in need of an update or at least a deep cleaning. The hallways fell dirty and dingy. The TV didn’t work, nor did the ice machine. Someone’s not paying attention.

The room was not clean and the bathroom floors looked and felt as if they NEVER have been mopped. Carpet quite dirty.
