Low cost. Would not be of assistance in storing a suit case over night before I checked in. The refrigerator, coffee maker and remote in room did not work.

When I arrived, the front desk staff was indisposed. The room I was given was already occupied and did not know til I entered. The room I was given was dirty, stunk of pickles had colored pictures on the back of the door and no housekeeping for the 3 days I was there. Not worth staying at again.

The knob to flush the toilet didn’t work so we had to lift the tank lid to flush the toilet. The dryer also didn’t work. But the price can’t be beat and the front desk employee was friendly and helpful.

Very nice lobby but it stops there.
The lobby was nice and the clerk was attentive. The room has a half drunk diet Dr. Pepper on the bathroom sink which was still cold. The room was very run down. There was one bed in the room but the bed frame for the second bed was left in the room. The back to the desk chair was broken so if you leaned back you would fall to the floor. There was half eaten noodles in the sink. The refrigerator was spotless, cleaner than my fridge at home. Had to flush the toilet 2-3 times for it to fully work. The back stairs (my room was the last room on the second floor) were being worked on and the carpeting had been half fixed and was a terrible hazard.

Proprietor ignores guests at the reception desk, doesn't seem to be able to operate the computer (long line to check in), he ignores you - watched me waiting to check out, fixed himself some breakfast and wandered off with it while I waited. It didn't seem to occur to him that I might be standing at the front desk or that I might want a receipt. Asked for cash to pay extra charge for the dog. I think there is a language and customs barrier. The room was okay - one curtain was too short for the window. It was quite clean.

This property was the worst property I’ve seen /been in. First the people outside the hotel made me uneasy. Upon going in to the room that was assigned the carpet going up the stairs to the second floor was torn and dirty. The smell of marijuana was present and just not a clean smell at all. Once we got to the room we pulled back the sheets and there were a lot of bugs on the sheets. I then went to the reception desk and told him what we found. He said he would give me another room but I just did not want to stay in a place like this. He did not even go to look for himself about the bugs which made me think he knew the hotel had them. With that said at least he did say that I could get a refund. I called Expedia and got Rain which was very helpful. She guaranteed me that I would receive a refund and I do see that this is happening.
