We were greeted by friendly desk staff, and were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast attendant on Friday and Saturday seemed “put out” by the people and the mess. The attendant on Sunday was EXCELLENT! Stay overs on Saturday received no housekeeping services. I had to take out our trash and we had to get clean towels from the front desk. The public restroom was never cleaned while we were there (3 nights), and we had to ask for toilet paper for the stalls on the second day. The trash in the public restroom was never taken out during our stay. Our room was hot, so I ran the AC. It worked Thursday, but not Friday. I put in a request to have it fixed for Saturday night, but it didn’t happen. I have stayed here before and had an excellent experience. We will stay here again. They are maybe dealing with a staff shortage over the holidays, so we will give it another chance!

On the road

Room comfortable, however noise carries from floor above with heavy walkers and what sounded like children running hallway or room. This went on for 30+ minutes mid evening and then early morning. Could hear water running in room next to us.

This hotel is conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although we did not travel with a pet this trip, the hotel is very accommodating to those traveling with pets. We stay here often and always have a trouble free stay.
