When I got to my room I found that the TV, phone, and microwave were not working. It appears someone intentionally had unplugged stuff. The manager came as soon as he was done with another problem and got everything working

The location is perfect for observing migrating cranes in the area. The manager assigned me a room with a simple kitchen, which he said would be convenient for my 8-day stay. Throughout my time here, it has indeed proven to be very helpful. However, housekeeping only came once during my stay, and after cleaning, they didn't replenish towels, shampoo, or soap.

Property not well maintained. Stopper missing from bathroom sink, Cobwebs in upper corners of room, heat did not work in our room (although management provided a space heater), knobs missing from dresser in room, door to room did not close all the way on its own. Easy to hear people walking in room above us; our room was near ice machine (which was not working), so we heard people frustrated at not able to get ice. Front desk help were kind and courteous.

Room felt dirty and not well taken care of. TV remote did not work. One and only chair in the room was badly broken. NOT a good experience.

Got to our room and the first impression was that the room stunk. The bed was unmade and looked like someone had just woke up and left.
They gave us another room and that one at least the beds were made but the microwave, fridge, and air conditioner, were covered in fingerprints. It really needed a good cleaning.

Needs some cleaning
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsIt was a nice hotel with many shopping and restaurant options near by. The bathroom fixtures were pretty worn and it wasn't very clean. Dust abd bottle caps on top of the entertainment center. Stained blankets. Yellow pillows.
