Only had a few hangers in the closet and had to ask for more. Staff initially was uncertain that they had any more to provide, but did give us 4 more. In the shower the body wash soap dispenser was empty. The coffee shop was under staffed

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We were there for a funeral and we really enjoyed being able to gather in the lobby. On Friday night, following the funeral, the woman running the bar was extremely rude to us when we came inside with drinks in cans that we had had at another venue. We were not drinking them. We would happily have put them away. The issue was her tone - she sharply attacked my father-in-law (age 90) and his guests following a very difficult day. We were all adults and would have immediately heeded anything that she wanted but she was aggressive and rude - making our evening suddenly very sour following a celebration of life that was very important.

Some things we didn't like: 1. ONE ice machine for the entire hotel and it was on the top floor. We were very disappointed in the lack of notice that there was no housekeeping every day. We looked everywhere in the room and there was no sign. The last thing was that the designated parking lot was full every night, so we had to find parking elsewhere.
