Good location. Comfy room. Laundry was handy but could do with easier payment method rather than a sackful of coins. Coop just behind is great for food and we'll worth supporting.

A gem in Keene, NH.

Clean hotel in an awesome location. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that you could hear people in the hallway and outside.

Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was good, the staff was friendly and helpful while staying there. After we left I realized that I might have left my prescription glasses in the room. I called twice a few hours apart and staff said they would check and call me back. I never got a call back. So apparently once you are gone the helpfulness is gone as well. We were surprised that there were no USB ports in the hotel for cell phones. I guess we just made the assumption that most hotels have this updated feature to their rooms.

Check in was horrendous didn’t get to our room until 5 pm even thought checkin was 4 and we were there at 3:45 were told checkin is at 4 so we waited in the lobby with about 30 other people that came in after 4. Got a room at 5.
Charged me $225 for a small pet 18 pound non shedding dog. When I ask what the extra 45 was used for the cleaning people indicated that if the animal had damaged anything of left a mess it was extra work for them. Otherwise nothing special. Perhaps a better way to do this would be to take a pet deposit and if there is no damage or mess refund it. That would be more PET FRIENDLY!

Check in was seamless.
Scott the bartender on Sunday night made our experience warm & inviting and we had such a good time with the other patrons at the bar. Made this get away a 10.
