Great place for mini vacation

It's a little expensive per night, but it does include the water park entry for the day of arrival through day you leave. The kids had a great time. The room had a sleeper couch and king bed, room was clean, had a mini kitchen. There are places to eat that are in the hotel area. Be sure to do the gondola ride. There are things to do near by such as a couple mine tours and tour of the Old Cataldo Mission.

Rocks would be softer than the pillows, wooden blinds that still let outside lighting shine in at night. AC never kept the room cool. Not worth the value

Room was spacious and clean. It even had dishes and a dishwasher, as well as microwave and fridge. Water park was included in the room fee, which was nice. The water park was great. For a smaller water park it had lots to keep my 8 year old entertained for at least 3 hours straight. We loved the lazy river and wave rider(surfing/bodyboarding). It was very clean and lines were short at everything in the park. We went on a Sunday night and Monday morning. Dining options were good and reasonably priced, compared to other resorts we have stayed at. Highly recommend this place for families.

Watch out for poor customer service
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsWhen we arrived they bullied us into upgrading and refused to refund my money after I had just booked… they were rude. It was embarrassing and the only reason we stayed is because we didn’t want to lose the $350. Be careful here. Rooms are great. Water park is great but unfortunately the customer service is severely lacking.

Our experience was terrible. First, our toilet was clogged upon arrival and our drain in the tub did not work. There was a wedding that caused the restaurant to run out of food and have terrible service. Everyone seemed to use this as an excuse for terrible service and expected that we accommodate them. For the price, this was terrible service and accommodations.
