20 Minutes to Airport.
No issues at all. Very clean and seamless check in.

Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWonderful property in Kelowna. My husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Location is great for views of Lake Okanagan and City Park. Lots of shops & restaurants within walking distance. Laura & Lois are amazing and very responsive.

Nice place, but not a understanding Host/owner

Even when we got ahold of VRBO directly and explained about the fire situation in Kelowna and we had our flights cancelled & VRBO sent a e-mail and called saying they would wave the cancellation fee for a refund, no response. It was very smoky and a lot of business were closed. The HOST's reponse was everything is back to normal. Even when we commented on what was on the news her response was it's not acurate. I hope this other travelers

In response to these unfair comments, I happened to be staying in downtown Kelowna on the very same weekend, flew in from Toronto, my flight wasn’t canceled, and nothing was closed. This city was welcoming travelers once again. Your flight wasn’t canceled either, as you did show up for your reservation.
Your unhappiness for your stay was likely personal, as other guests in the building had a wonderful time, and there were no complaints about weather (or closure of businesses).
This platform should be used to review the property, and location. Cancellation policies are clearly listed on the site. You were a disgruntled guest who expected to have the policy waved due to your personal travel issues.
I hope this clarifies.

Perfection
Publié le 13 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis condo was exactly as pictured. Not only was the inside of the condo beautiful and included any amenities you could need, the location was perfect. Located across from the lakefront park and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the marina.
