Cozy and Just Like Home!
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HomeAwaySo conveniently located in South Pandosy across from the beach and near many amenities. Check in was easy and put hostess was quick to answer any questions. The beds were super comfy and the condo had everything we needed. Plus a gorgeous 3rd floor pool and hot tub! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

From the start Crystal was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to accommodate early/late check in and out. I have stayed in many different properties and while they have been good experiences, none of my previous hosts were this exceptional.
Thank you Crystal! We will be repeat guests.

A relaxing getaway

Maintenance and housekeeping
Publié le 8 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe bathroom door was hitting the door jamb needed to be fixed was hard to close. The kitchen cupboard drawer screws sticking out of track couldn't close drawer. I fixed it so it would close. The air conditioner wasn't working for 2 days the patio was very dirty cobb webs everywhere the rug was full of stuff needed to vacuumed. All windows very dirty the bathtub was dirty. The whole place needs a proper cleaning and repairs to doors and cupboard issues. Not a 5 star as some were posting

Eugene I wish you would of mentioned any of this through any of your texts. The air conditioning was out in 70% of the building but did not know it was my suite as you never let me know ,I would of had Dante being out a portable cooling fan. The no air conditioning would explain the expanding of the doors. As for the balcony it was cleaned and vacuumed before you arrived but the cotton wood is bad as we are on the creek side and you were there for 5 nights so it would build up. With the list of complaints you left in a note such as no luggage cart and a missing knife from our set I would advise maybe just stick to hotels as there isn't daily maid service with most vacation rentals. I also accommodated you as you brought extra guests and I got you parking for their car so you didnt have to park on the street. I always communicate with my guest from beginning til
they leave and will try to correct any problems.

Great facilities + location

Needs TLC
Publié le 25 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayA little disappointed with the lack of landlords care of the place. The cleaners did the bare minimum. The floors hadn’t been washed or swept. The beds were older and the mattress in the love seat was impossible to sleep on. Doors need some adjusting.

Unfortunately you never contacted me about any complaints while you were there. I would of had cleaners come in right away. The sofa bed is an average sofa bed .And due to heat the doors expand. Im sorry for you were not happy .

Clean Condo with Great Amenities

Thank you for accommodating an early check-in. 5 minute walk to beach + El Dorado Restaurant- go for happy hour on the boardwalk! Appreciated the on-site gym, pool/hot tub and underground parking. Quick and easy access to south Kelowna golf courses and vineyards. We would definitely stay here again. We travelled as a couple and believe the condo could comfortably accommodate 3 adults. Thanks for the great stay!

Playa Del Sol Experience
