Impressive Deck With Lake View Studio - 301B

This condo sleeps 2 and it features a queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, and an enormous deck that is sure to impress. This unit has ~400 sqft of interior space and ~200 sqft deck.

This unit features a fantastic view of Els Lake, just steps away from the property. Please note this lake is not for swimming.
Relax on the private patio or cozy up indoors and watch your favourite movie via Apple TV by connecting to the free high speed wifi. To gain access to streaming services, guests will need to provide their own log in information.

The kitchenette features a mini fridge and freezer, Tassimo coffee maker (with a variety of coffee and tea options), microwave and toaster oven as well as utensils, plates, bowls and cups.
The bathroom features a full size tub with a rainfall shower head, as well as a spacious granite countertop and a large mirror.
This unit features a washer and dryer located in the main entrance vestibule. Please note that the laundry facility is shared with the unit next door.
This building does not allow pets as per the strata bylaw, so please no pets.
