Publié le 3 août 2015 sur HotelsNous n'avons pas couché à cet endroit car la chambre n'avait aucune eau courante, même pas de lavabo. La chambre de bAin pour les femmes est un étage plus haut et ne doit être utilisé que pour 15 minutes. Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel mais d'une miaison privée transformée en auberge de jeunesse. Le pour une chambre était de 160$, pour 1 lit double, un vol éhonté. Un endroit à re commander pour quelqu'un que détestez.

No towels. No facilities in chamber. Shower to smaal. Washroom.

You pay a 2 start hostel not 5 start hostel or hotel.Policy- towel pay extra this state at your booking please read ...Low cost ....room or beds . ..

First time hear room check in after 9pm need to pay extra. And how come $50 hostel with 8 beds a room need collect $200 deposit, ridiculous

Thanks for your commentWe have not enough stuff to do the work Small amount of shard room income cant pay cleaner 35 an hour plus benifits also over time after 9 pm, every accomendation are different200 dd is for everything not just a bed you are using our facilities...Following Policy only

That was not fancy , but clean and Mary was so kind and polite. Near to shopping centers and beach.

Thanks for your low point.I report to my boss .This is highest in a year high dement day We had 5 family or groups wanted this room , the rate you pay didnt change because this long weekend but turn out we felt sorry from your low point.Much more people wanted to take over this room.Infact pay more ex: 100 more in kelowna you will get what you like room to stay one night only , a short stay.low cost you get what you pay specially at down town locationWe think about your oppinion, is sad, we are here to help out one night only but ...Our policy will change we will have liment stay here for long weekend During non long weekend is fine but after your oppion we will change We wish more appreciated people stay more day so they pay less no issue if one night at long weekend we total change because your oppion .Like to stay at 5 start hotel will pay much more .up to 800 per night.Next time please order high cost stay you will be happy .Low cost for people in budget only .Kelowna is a high dement and high cost town .I got much much more appreciated people .....

Sorry for your responsesWhen you booked a budget twin room for 2 but wants stay for 3 will be very hard We offer you if you upgrade just pay a bit more for a room for 4 a biggest in the house also with 2 sofa TV A/C also a private bath for your groupBut you decide not to take this room You want a privide bathroom stay for 3 Paied for 2 also wanted for 3 do not wantted upgread this put us in very bad spots to help you ?Instade change room gave us a bad review ? Terrible ?No i hope you change and upgrade room so save some money You cancel the room we cant help more Sorry about this.Please book a room for more people not a budget room but a cost more room for more people .no hard feeling .People booked this twin room were happyed and come again just phone us.Down Town at low cost hostel save some money beside we are very clean and quite hostel.staying feel like a motel as they said.Thanks for understanding

The lady who runs this operation, Mary, is sketchy and unworthy of your trust. When checking in, all of our questions or comments were met with patronizing remarks or a dismissive and condescending laugh. We noticed there were no towels, and she told us if we want one they are $5 each to rent. After we checked in and paid our deposit we went out for dinner and when we returned to our room we saw that she (or someone with a key) had entered our room and gone through our belongings. We finally had enough of her and this place that we demanded our deposit back and left to find other accommodations.

You must be crazy ? If you did happen this you need to contact us and report to policy officer a must .We are tp close for 3 months we do not take business at all unless people who stay here before good people i mean who know our services come back to us .You will get lawyer mail to your door Bad people we never welcome making up story Bad people get bad stuffs happening to you all your life this is what we can see ....continued...People are dishonest try to get his way .God is watching ....
