This wasnour first VRBO booking and it could not have been better. Excellent stay! Clean and had all ammenities needed

Above and Beyond

Great communication
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HomeAwayUnfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to the Kelowna wildfires. Ben however was amazing to deal with. He kept in constant contact with us regarding the conditions in Kelowna and when we weren’t sure if our commitment in town was going to be cancelled he was patient with us while we waited for news. Once we knew it was cancelled he offered us a full refund no questions asked. The refund was processed and credited back within a couple days. Will definitely re book and hopefully this time we actually get to Kelowna.

Nice stay in heart of Kelowna
Publié le 11 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was neat and tidy. It was comfortable and spacious for our family of four. Good location near beaches, parks and many amenities in Kelowna. Great communication with the owners. We did have an issue with some noisy neighbours which we resolved with building security.

Great getaway location!

It was a great location and loved that we could walk to the beach! Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for everything Kelsey and Ben!

The only thing I noticed maybe something we couldn't find was bbq tools
My husband like the sheets for the master room. may I asked where they are from lol

Publié le 29 août 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat space for our needs, clean & comfy. We travelled with two under two so had to bring a lot of kit with us. Only negative was that loading and unloading into the unit from the garage was a real mission. Having a cart / dolly available would have been so nice!
Owners are easy to communicate with and check in / out was super easy. Thank you
