The 6 nights spent there were clean and quiet. Each hotels hot tub is like the McDonald’s ice cream machine - never working. That was kind of a disappointment, but, other than that, the stay was amazing. Pub/restaurant attached to the hotel. Which, made it super easy for meals. Hotel was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the main mall in Kelowna. The room was spacious and clean. Check in was probably the quickest check in I’ve ever experienced (under a minute lol) Only one recommendation would be: need laundry on site for guests. Ohhh… also, LOVED the lobby, the Christmas decorations & the FRESH lemon water available 24/7.

Only spent the single night and did not really utilize any of the amenities while there. Our matress was in need of replacing, unless you like to meet in the middle from the sides and the ends. Our closet door was only attached at the top and sways at the bottom, (Room 246) and honestly feels like it could fall off at any moment. Being mirrored I can only guess it wouldn’t be pretty if it came off. We actually paid more here than we did in downtown Kelowna at a heritage hotel that is at least 40 years older than the Ramada and in far better shape. We would not return.

Currently the restaurant on the premises is closed but there are lots within walking distances. They do have a pub but with young kids they are not permitted in the pub area. Rooms need to be updated. Staff was great and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Mattresses were not the most comfortable to sleep on.
