There is a well stocked kitchen with all you need to cook a gourmet meal or a light snack. Bath towel's are luxurious and cozy. Definitely will be back to this charming cottage,

Wonderful retreat

If you need some days that are slow-moving, peaceful and so quiet, Lincoln Lake and this cottage are perfect. Even with the heat and humidity (which is just a given in the summer :) ) the porch was our favorite spot, day and night. So grateful to Gloria for her kind hospitality!

Beautiful wildlife

But it is an absolutely peaceful property. Lots of yummy snacks and Gloria answered any questions we had. So much wildlife. Awesome booking.

It's funny how something as simple as seat covers on the top of the line fabric recliners helped me to relax because I did not have to worry about getting the chairs wet or dirty. The screen in porch was clean -- no spider webs, all the patio furniture was dust free. I loved all the brochures and information. The snack basket was a blessing since there were no stores nearby. The variety of birds on the lake was fascinating. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast on the screened in patio watching the wildlife around the lake come alive.

Relaxing getaway
Publié le 11 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe took a last minute getaway and Gloria was so easy to work with and accommodating. The place was beautiful. It always seems so much more peaceful on the water. Enjoyed some fishing and just being away from the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
