The Best Little Getaway!

My husband and I wanted to just get away for a couple of days. He loves to fish and the dock right in front of the house was wonderful. I have never seen a home so well equipped with everything and anything you would need. The snack basket was unbelievable. The living areas were pleasant and even more spacious than the pictures looked. The screened in porch was the best - in the morning and in the evening. The bedroom was roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only bad thing was that we didn't stay long enough! Next time we will. Thank you Gloria!

Great cabin getaway!

We spent most of the time sitting on the huge screened in porch, watching the steam rise off the lake in the mornings, the sunset in the evenings as the sun dropped behind the trees beyond the lake and all of the nature in between. It’s clear why the name of this cabin is Blue Heron. We got to see this bird fishing most of the day. Great accommodations in this newly renovated cabin. Would definitely stay again.

The host thought of everything for our comfort, including snacks. The cottage is super cute, and the porch was fantastic with comfortable couches. The bed, linens, and towels were all high quality. I highly recommend it if you're in the area or looking for a relaxing getaway. It's a beautiful country drive into Lynchburg.

From the kayaks, to fishing, to blissful reading on the screened in patio, this property and the host were phenomenal. If you need to get away from everything this is a perfect spot for it.

Lake House on Lincoln Lake in Kelso, TN

From feather top mattress, to string lights and fans on the porch, to soft blankets that smelled divine, it was just perfect! I highly recommend staying at this cabin as a retreat by yourself with your significant other!
