very unfriendly Hotel reception
Publié le 30 juin 2021 sur Hotelson Arrival at the hotel reception they tell me that they have no reservation in my name and there is no room left for me. I showed them the confirmation but they said they dont care and they can not help me
I started to make a big loud scandal and I told them that on various websites including the own hotel website there are still plenty rooms available
finally they gave me a lousy terrible smelling room with a very inconfortable bed

Grauenhafter service alles kazakwn die weder englisch noch türkisch sprechen dafur anscheinend russisch.
Die service Kräfte haben kein service Erfahrung und die Führungskräfte sind total überfordert

While the resort has some great attractions and facilities for all ages and the majority of the staff are friendly and helpful, poor maintenance of the rooms and average customer service lets them down.
When we arrived at our villa with our two youngest children, we wanted to give them a bath before putting them to bed but we found the water coming out of the taps to be brown and dirty.
None the phones in the villa worked so I had to walk back a considerable distance to reception to report the issue. The night manager was unapologetic and simply said he will send someone to investigate in 10mins or so. After 30mins of waiting I had to walk back to the reception to chase it up and was informed by the same night manager that he had sent the maintenance man to the wrong room by mistake. An hour after reporting the issue several people turned up to the room and after looking into it for some time, concluded that the boiler had been cleaned and the taps needed running for a while to clear the water. Running the water for around 45mins did resolve the issue but again no apology was given. They had obviously not done full checks on our villa before we arrived (the fixtures for the bath were also loose).
The next day our eldest son used the jacuzzi in the other bathroom and when he released the plug to empty it out, dirt and debris shot out of the ports spraying the bath and tiles. When the hotel manager came to investigate with the maintenance staff.
Not the luxury hotel it claims

Bra hotell

Det enda nackdelen var när jag beställde ( Via hotell receptionen) en taxi till antalya. Först begärde dem 210 lira. Jag sa att resan till hotellet från flygplatsen kostade 130 lira. Därefter (efter 3 minuter) sa dem att de kan sänka priset till 140lira. Dagen efter kom en privat (Ej taxi) liten bil. Förmodligen var föraren en släkt /bekant till personalen i receptionen. Familjen hade 3 stora resväskor samt ett barnvagn. Föraren kunde inte vägen till antalya! Jag fick hjälpa honom att hitta med hjälp av Google maps! Detta kändes som renodlat bedrägeri samt oproffsigt från en reception av en stor och fin hotell. Min rekommendation att ej beställa någon transport via receptionen.

Pour : food
Contre : don't mix conference man with tourist.
Emplacement : too far from Antalya .nothing to do in that small town .
Hotel was nice but not for tourist,always conference and turkish man just stand in Que. to watch ladies close to pool.
Disgusting .lady in reception very rude and nobody speak english .barman couldn't understand what we asking.
