Nourriture : 9,75/10 (car pour les desserts "européens" c'est vrai que c'est difficile de satisfaire un français. Mais la possibilité de manger à toute heure (24/24h) c'était top
Chambres très bien. Salles de bains un peu petite mais fonctionnelles et ce n'est pas là on passe le plus de temps

1/10 review - nasty front desk worker

1/10 - When we arrived to your deluxe 2 bedroom, we noticed the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We notified the man, who appeared to be the manager. He said that I had the balancing door open so it didn’t feel like the air was working. I told him there was not balancy in that room. He proceeded to argue with me saying there was one. I tried to explain that there weee 2 bedrooms, one of which had a balcony and one did not. He was very nasty. He agreed to have someone come look at our room. The maintenance man said it was not working and seemed to be an electrical issue. We went back to that manager and he said we could switch rooms and check the air conditioner first to ensure it was working. The next room he showed us was extremely tiny and not the space we paid for. He said we paid for a family 2 bedroom not a deluxe 2 bedroom. Both his and my invoices clearly said deluxe 2 bedrooms. I have no idea what his problem was. We chose to stay in the larger one with the broken AC because we needed the extra space. The said someone would fix the broken AC the next day. No one ever did even after inquiring about it again. This front desk working is a disgrace. The AC was NEVER fixed.
8/10 - the rest of the staff (excluding front desk reception) were very kind and welcoming. Very clean facilities.
