I had $800 cash stolen from my locker and hotel management did not do anything about it. Also me and my mom got infected the second day of the stay. The place is poorly cleaned. Very dissatisfied.

We are sincerely sorry that the time spent in our hotel did not meet your expectations.The security service personnel carried out work, they checked who entered through the central doors and carried out explanatory work with these personnel. We are really sorry about the incident and we assure you that the staff did their best to assist you in finding your missing money. The whole procedure was completed, and all managers of the relevant departments were also notified. For the Alva Donna World Palace hotel, such an incident is unacceptable, so our team tried its best to help you in your search.With all due respect to our guests and to you, we cannot accept the accusations against the hotel and our staff. In such situations, there is a certain procedure for investigating missing things. And be sure that we, as the hotel management, treated the situation fairly.The hotel is closely monitoring the number of guests who have any ailments. We record the number of sick guests, receiving this information from the guests themselves and from the hotel doctor. All appeals to a doctor or hospital are sent to the Ministry of Health of Turkey. The hotel takes all necessary measures to maintain hygiene and cleanliness, as we always have a lot of guests and especially children, and we cannot tolerate negligence in this matter.We ask you to objectively evaluate the degree of responsibility of hotels for ailments, the causes of which are numerous factors that are not directly or indirectly related to the hotel. We undergo quality control, we are regularly certified (ISO quality certificates), water and food samples are taken (certification of swimming pools according to the Turkish Ministry of Health), all this is recorded and analyzed.We have not had any precedents for a serious spread of the disease. Every adult and child has an individual degree of protection against microbes and viruses, against which, unfortunately, there is no guaranteed protection. Unfortunately, we do not require health certificates upon check-in, and we cannot send guests who are already ill before check-in to the hotel.Best Regards.Guest Relations

1. Liked the location, the food, the fitness activities, the room size (suite), some staff friendliness. 2. Disliked that almost no staff speaks English (very Russian-focused resort), disliked that all suites face the disco - banging music until 11:30pm. Amount of plastic is also disappointing - plastic straws, paper napkins wrapped in plastic (if it’s a COVID measure - why there are bunch of napkins that are not
