Publié le 23 mai 2018 sur Expediaune semaine de vacances dans un 5 étoiles qui n'en fait réellement que 2 en France pour la partie hôtellerie et pire pour les repas avec des buffets plus que bizarre et mal repartis. Il faut être présent directement a l'ouverture des repas car sinon vous n'aurez plus que les restes et ils ne seront pas forcement agréables!!!
Réellement le SEUL point positif de cet hôtel c'est les piscines qui sont grandes et bien entretenues pour le reste si vous voulez y aller c'est votre choix.

Schlechte Bewertung für Daima Biz
Unser Aufenthalt war eine große Enttäuschung. So etwas haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt. Schon bei der Ankunft war klar, dass das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Trotz einer Buchung für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick über Expedia, erhielten wir ein Zimmer ohne diesen Blick. Die Rezeption behauptete, der Fehler läge bei Expedia, da es in diesem Hotel keine Familiensuiten mit Meerblick gäbe.
Das Hotel war insgesamt in einem miserablen Zustand: Der Weg zum Zimmer war schmutzig, das Personal unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer roch unangenehm und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, es war entweder zu kalt oder nicht kühl genug. Die Reinigung erfolgte je nach Wunsch, wobei das Zimmer weiterhin dreckig blieb und die Handtücher fleckig waren.
Besonders störend war die unhygienische Situation am großen Swimmingpool, wo verstopfte Toiletten zu überschwemmten Bereichen führten, die Gäste barfuß betreten mussten. Das Personal reagierte darauf nicht angemessen.
Die Buchung über eine Website führte dazu, dass wir keine ordnungsgemäße Reisebestätigung oder Rechnung erhielten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde uns eine Quittung ausgehändigt.
Was besonders enttäuschend war, war die fehlende Gastfreundschaft. In der Türkei ist Gastfreundschaft normalerweise eine Selbstverständlichkeit, aber in diesem Hotel war sie überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Das hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, fremd im eigenen Land zu sein.

It was a good place to have a holiday with our kids.
Fine rooms. Ok food at the restaurant. Nice water park, beach and pool at the hotel.
Bit hard to talk to the hotel workers, they were very pore at talking English.

Terrible Stay at Daima Biz Hotel (5 star Hotel?)
Publié le 4 sept. 2019 sur HotelsTwo seperated bed, very small and dirty room that is not seen at the web site of the hotel and agent's web sites...be careful about this hotel! If you have any problem should know that no one is going to help you. The hotel stuff will recomend you to communicate with your agent (like hotels.com or expedia etc). They have 2 diffrent type of building. One good one bad. If the good full then you be in the bad but you can not know which one are you going to be..because only good one in the web sites...
I have very bad experience with this hotel. I dont recomended..
Hotels.com should do its job and protect its customer's satisfaction before earning money. Easy comes easy go!
