HARİKA BİR KONAKLAMA ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Publié le 19 juill. 2021 sur HotelsMükemmel bir tatil yaşadık.Özellikle Zoryana Hanım bize çok yardımcı oldu.Çok temiz evde konaklamamızı yaptık.Havuzun boyutu da oldukça iyiydi.Aynı zamanda denize çok yakındı konum olarak da idealdi.Anlaşmalı oldukları beachte ücretsiz sezlonglardan yararlandık bize bu konuda da yardımcı oldular.Aynı zamanda araçsız geliyorsanız minübüslere de çok yakın,gezmek istediğimiz her yeri kolaylıkla gezebildik.Kesinlikle harika bir tatil için tavsiye ettiğim bir yer :)

Terrible Experience - DO NOT STAY HERE!
Publié le 19 déc. 2019 sur HotelsWe booked to stay at the Kemer Residence for 1 night. This place has NO sign outside saying Kemer Residence in any form. There is nothing on the entrance gate except for a construction companies plaque and a "beware of the dog notice". The place was in complete darkness when we arrive. There is no reception or gatehouse. We eventually found a gentleman in a building a block away who came to help us. He rang around and managed to find the person who had information of our arrival. Following the conversation it transpired which apartment we were booked in and that the key was hidden (inside a live electrical box). We were shown in by the gentleman and he told us the wifi code and left. Needless to say wifi did not work. We then found out that there was no running water in the whole apartment. We then had to wait around for someone to come and resolve the issue. The apartment itself is in need of some TLC. The smoke detector is broken. There is a kitchen door hanging off it's hinges. Stains to flooring. Shower cubicle was dirty in the corners. The one positive was the bed was really comfortable but there was no extra blankets for the colder nights. We ended up using the air conditioning to warm the place but these are old units and very noisy. We complained to the Customer Service lady who phoned us to tell us were to leave the key on departure. She seem to think the whole sorry experience was funny and laughed when we told her of our experience. Not recommend!

We are sorry about the issues you are dissatisfied with, we would like to convey that the necessary improvements will be made immediately.When you arrived late in the evening and we didn't have a contact number, we felt sorry that we couldn't contact you.Please note that we check the apartments in terms of technical and cleanliness prior to each entryWe are well aware of the details you are viewing and the renovation of this apartment will begin as soon as possible. Marble floors are not dirty and stained by chemical cleaners. These are the details that can be removed.The air conditioning system and the Siemens brand are working very well.Wifi works.
There was a water outage from the region and we learned that the problem was solved while you were there. Air conditioners are performing well .In short, your positive feedback is as important to us as your constructive criticism. Thank you again for your interest, as the Kemer Residence family, we would like to see you again soon.

Kemer Residence'ta 4 gece
Publié le 24 juill. 2019 sur HotelsHer şey fotoğrafta gözüktüğü gibi güzel ve kaliteliydi. Sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamdı. Sadece bazen civardaki gece kulüplerinin sesi geliyordu ama kapı ve önceleri kapattığınızda bu durum da çözüme kavuşuyor. Her şey gayet temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Denize ve Kemer merkeze çok yakındı. Ulaşımı kolay bir yerde olması da bir artıydı. Odanın içinde her şey vardı ve dışarıdan bir şey almamıza gerek kalmadı. Herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer. Kemer tatilinizde kalacak yere karar vermeden önce mutlaka bir göz atın derim.

Quiet nice place
Publié le 2 juin 2019 sur HotelsWe rented pool access room. Our holiday was very well spent. Hosts was very helpful. Whenever I needed anything, I phoned them and they answered every time. Villa apartments location is very good. Only 100 meters walk to the beach, 100 meters walk to town center, local grocery shops and restaurants. Night clubs are only one block away. Location is quiet, there wasn't much gests when we booked the place. Our 3 years old daughter spend hours in children pool. We loved walking along the beach on the pavements at night times with ice creams on our hands. During our stay in Kemer, we observed that majority of tourists are russian. There are many attractions and events you can participate e.g. boat tours, parasailing.
