Je suis extrêmement déçu par Hotels.Com, car j'ai réservé une villa avec piscine privée, clairement indiqué dans ma réservation, malheureusement j'ai reçu une villa communautaire avec piscine partagée, avec entre 10 et 20 villas communautaires. En tant que client fidèle de Hotels.com, je trouve cela inacceptable et il est très difficile de vous contacter directement. Rixo's a déclaré que cela était dû à une description incorrecte de la villa proposée sur votre site. Une explication serait appréciée immédiatement!

Un de nos meilleurs vacances familiales avec 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans. Aquapark, accrobranche, tennis, piscine, pingpong, plage, etc... Les enfants ont été très heureux.

Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings.
