Soccer trip
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came down for a soccer tournament for 5 days. The property was perfect for us. It was even nicer in person than in the listing, which never happens! Very clean with plenty of extra supplies should they be needed. Great location close to everything. Very prompt owner communication as well. We will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kenai!

One of the best

We were greeted into our rental with a nicely detailed note specifying need-to-know and nice-to-know info, as well as a basket of snacks. That was really appreciated after a long day of travel and no time to get to the grocery store right away. The house is impeccably cleaned and well-stocked with pots/pans and plenty of plates/cups/eating utensils to accommodate our 3 week stay. We used only one of the beds, which was a comfortable king with comfortable pillows. Blackout curtains made sleeping easy during late sunsets in the summer. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for our day-to-day living needs. One thing you don't always find in rental homes are good lighting and electrical outlets. This facility has plenty of both. I was easily able to work while here with excellent internet connection. The TV in the main living space and master bedroom are nice and have lots of channels to choose from. There is literally no amenity we were lacking.
The neighborhood is well kept, friendly, quiet and beautiful. It's just a very short walk (quarter of a mile -ish) to a local park and to the stairs leading to the beach, which was probably one of our favorite things.
Our hosts were exceptional. We had a wonderful, comfortable time and would rent here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Kenia and Joshua!

Publié le 22 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Wi-Fi was strained to keep up with our needs (computer for work and streaming TV), and the upstairs floor boards creaked a little more than normal, but over all this was a very comfortable place to stay and I would stay again.

Great Base from which to explore Kenai
Publié le 14 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had two adults, two young adults, one teen. Everyone had room to be together and room to be alone. The house was in a great shape and was very clean. Short walk to the beach and centrally located. We had a great time here.
