Valet greeted us and moved a car for us to park for our two night stay.
Romeo made sure to let us know when he would be there to check us in.
Elevator was a plus with luggage and the restaurant was able to accommodate large parties for guests, even though they were super busy for the Thanksgiving, Black Friday weekend.
Even a personal greeting, welcome home, after shopping at the many wonderful shops.
Continental breakfast was a plus.

NO ELEVATOR - OLD
Posted Oct. 28, 2023 on HotelsThe website said they had an elevator. I had 2 rooms and we got put in the VERY old building. My sisters could not carry their suitcases up the two flights of very steep stairs. The hotel did not smell clean. Booking process was very misleading. WE DID NOT STAY THE NIGHT in your hotel. I drove in to Portland and stayed somewhere else.

This place is very old, uncomfortable beds. Bad lighting in the room. No elevator so you hear the thump and bumps of every suitcase going up or down the steep narrow stairs. Very limited parking and hard to maneuver that lot.
