The hot water in the shower would not turn off--the bathroom walls had mold on them. The website advertised free breakfast and a pool. There was not even coffee in the room and no breakfast. The pool was drained and unusable. The walls were so thin, I heard some guy snoring in another room and the ceiling creaked all night with someone upstairs. The clerk was sweet & tried to help, but these things were not under her control. A maintenance man knocked but didn't wait for me to dress and answer. Will not stay there again.

The front desk was lying about the internet. He indicated that it automatically upload in the iPhone no PW required and while in the room no connection of internet and he was not helpful afterwards. Upon entering the room there was a cockroach on the floor and bedsheets were dirty. We're very disappointed.

Betrayed!

I booked a room a month ago for Dexter, Missouri, and when I arrived, they say my reservation was moved to Kennett, Missouri, and hour south. It was not the location I reserved for and it’s apparent that I was bumped to that location. The hotel I was sent to cleanliness and basic amenities. Hotels.com betrayed my trust and service.
