Over all it was good. Didnt exceed expectations though. Breakfast had lots of options and not too busy. Room got made up and refreshed with clean towels without being asked for, which was nice. Enough parking and the only gal I spoke too was helpful and pleasant.
Room was a bit muggy smelling and I wish the black out curtains could be pulled closed or at least clipped closed. Could not sleep in.
Pillows were small and lumpy. Some nicer pillows would be nice.

Had to cancel my reservation due to car problems in the road. We tried to re-schedule with our paid money. Staff said only management could approve that request. I called back twice and was told mgmt would call me back. No one ever called me except a person called me at 1:30 AM to ask if we were going to show up. Again I explained the situation. They said management would call me. No one ever called me. I will never book with Baymont again

Our only complaint was the mattress on the bed. It was horrible. Full of lumps and very hard.Everything else was very nice.

The desk staff and maids were fine. Maintenence needs to add soft close hinges so the doors dont slam ALL night. Bed was hard as floor. Guest talking and fighting loud late into the night without staff stopping them. Dogs barking from rooms without staff intervention. Got no sleep.
