Good place in Kenosha
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe got in late the first night and once we got in bed I'm pretty sure the sheets were not cleaned. They smelled like really bad body oder. It was too late when we realized it so we just pulled that loose sheet off and called them first thing in the morning. The front desk guy didn't say sorry or anything, he acted like I was disturbing him. When the cleaned crew stopped by, they were very nice and said they would change the whole bed. The jetted tub in the room was nice but took forever to drain. It could have used a good cleaning too. The bed overall was comfortable. The towels were all new and super soft. The breakfast was not really good but there is a Cracker Barrel right next door which was really nice. Its located in a vey good spot close to many things. Also a great restaurant is real close called The Brat Stop. Highly recommend that!

Blood all over the bedspread, blood splatter on the shower walls, pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom. Air was broken in the room.
