I was assigned an ADA room. I am not disabled. I asked for a different room and would pay extra, but was told because I booked 3rd party, they couldn’t make the accommodation. The bed was shin high. It looked like I was sleeping on an air mattress. The shower curtain was 6 inches too short, so the floor got soaked. The caulk at the base of the shower was full of mold and absolutely disgusting. There was no hot water in the morning to shower. My room was right outside the elevator. The noise from the people waiting for it to arrive kept me up all night.

Unfortunately, during your arrival, we had very limited availability due to a high occupancy rate. While we try to reserve ADA rooms for guests who specifically request them, there are times when they may be among the last available options. We strive to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay regardless of the room type.Regarding your request for a room change, we are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with our response. Please know that we always do our best to accommodate guest requests, even for third-party bookings, whenever availability allows. I will look into why this wasn’t communicated more clearly.We also want to address the room concerns you’ve mentioned. Had we been made aware of these issues during your stay, we would have taken immediate action to resolve them and ensure your comfort. Your feedback regarding the shower curtain and hot water has been shared with our maintenance team for a thorough inspection and any necessary corrections. We will also evaluate the noise levels near the elevator to prevent disturbances in the future.We hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with the exceptional experience we strive to deliver to all our guests. Very walkable but not a lot of amenities. Also very uncomfortable bed maybe time for some updates.

Rooms need dresser drawers. We lived out of our suitcase for 5 days. Also need someplace in bathroom to place clean clothes after shower.
