This place is so bad I thought I was on candid camera or something. The place is in shambles, it’s smells like an ashtray, rooms were not clean (used toilet paper behind bathroom door, hair in tub, sticky floors). The elevator only went up so you had to take the stairs down. No parking and noisy all night long. I tried to get a room elsewhere but everything in the area was sold out. So I pushed three and stayed one night. I tried to get a refund but the arrogant Indian fellow basically laughed in my face in an Indian polite way. I really don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Lesson learned, pictures on the internet may not represent the reality of the situation. I hope this review saves someone from the horrible experience that I had.

Unfortunately I chose this place because it was closest to my girlfriend’s house. However the stay was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced yet. Front counter manager was yelling at all the guests in a very rude manner, went down to request housekeeping services and was told housekeeping had come already. Was showed a log but obviously housekeeping hadn’t come to our room. Trash was still in the bins and towels were still on the floor. When asking for new bedding the front desk manager said “we change the bedding only upon arrival” which upon request should be doable but he insisted he couldn’t because housekeeping had already left. Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and I just couldn’t catch a break there. I wish I could give the place at least one nice thing to say but I just can’t seem to find a kind word. I’d love to be reimbursed for my stay if I could but I don’t think this is how it works. Anyways my struggle is another persons reason to stay away and that’s why I’m writing this review.

Selected specific room that did not match photos support didn’t help either will never book thru Expedia again.
