Elevator smelled like someone threw up and pissed in it. Fire alarm went off twice. Roof leaking. Our fire alarm in our room was dismantled. Ceiling tires in hall falling down. Outside not weeded. Pool door sticks had to go outside and back in front door. Hot water for tea was discolored and smelled like coffee. The front desk person had to run the breakfast also so u had to wait for food. The front desk person quit since the manager was not nice and she was frustrated - just walked away. Breakfast quality was poor.

Housekeeping needs improvements. Facility was dirty in coffee area and floors weren’t swept or vacuumed. Elevator had an old tobacco smell.

My room smelled terrible. So bad that I couldn’t sleep and then didn’t want to even eat breakfast there because of it..

Passable at best
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom was functional and nothing above that. Several small pill bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. No ice in the machine during two day stay. Very hot hallways when weather outside had highs in the 70s.

No one at check in desk- guest in front of us did not see sign on phone that said to call for service so line developed and we waited 10 minutes
