Terrible!!! I’m fine with it not being updated, but not dirty!! It was disgusting.. ripped, stained carpet. Base board peeling off wall with mold all around it, no shower curtain! Missing exhaust fan, just a hole in the ceiling. Stained tub/shower, holes in the curtains and walls. We reserved to stay after a wedding, checked out instead no way I was sleeping in that bed, went 30 minutes to a Marysville hotel. The front desk lady did refund me in full after seemingly not surprised when she asked why we were leaving, “was there something wrong with the room”.. my response, “everything was wrong with the room!” It’s a shame that it’s in the shape it is being one of the only options in the area, happy to spend on small local business but not this one. do not book!!!

It seems to be an older facility with old furniture and carpet. It appears scruffy but it isn’t. The room and bathroom was clean and get cleaned every day. The carpet should be renewed then it would look and smell even better. Would stay there again.

The minute we stepped in, there was a strong tobacco odor. We made reservations well ahead of our stay and we were put on the 2 nd floor and they had no elevator. It was difficult for this 88 yr old to navigate the steps.

New management had just taken over 3 days prior to our stay. Advertised online as double queen beds, they were full beds. The pillows were more like couch throw pillows. We asked for more pillows and she kindly obliged. Breakfast was not what I expected. Som bagels, some bread, packaged oatmeal. When asked about suggestions, we advised of some eggs and sausage or bacon in some form. It is a nice quiet clean hotel. I feel like it was ok for the price point. I would have been more than willing to pay a bit more money for a bit more accommodations. The pool was nice, the kids enjoyed it. It was clean and well kept. The hotel is clean and well kept, just showing its age and lack of updates. I feel that the new management actually cares and given the resources, could be a great property. They are friendly and responsive. Quick to exceed any request.

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThis place was a dump. Nice people who worked there and it was clean but the facility was needing an upgrade for just about everything. Pool was closed for repair and roof was leaking.
