Additional Notes:
**Hot Tub**
To keep the water clean during your stay, please close the cover when the tub is not in use (which also keeps the heat in, ensuring the tub is toasty when you get back in it).
Unlike a bathtub, a hot tub does not continuously bring in new water. To keep the water clean, we recommend that guests shower before entering the hot tub. This helps to remove oils, lotions, and other contaminants from your skin, which can affect water quality.
Please be aware that in colder weather, it may take some time for the hot tub to heat up to your desired temperature (as there's 325 gallons of water to heat!). To enjoy the hot tub at its warmest, we recommend planning ahead and starting the heating process in advance of your intended use
When you stay at Villa Colibri, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
