We have stayed here in the past. The rooms are clean and comfortable! The staff is excellent and friendly . We don't use the pool area but it looks nice and clean. The breakfast is adequate. Honestly, the only thing I care about is coffee and theirs is fresh and quite good! We will b back.

This is obviously an older property and is in need of updating. The bed was in a corner with the headboard and one side touching a wall so someone sleeping on the left side would have to climb over the other person to get in and out. There was only 1 lamp in the room (on the desk) it had only 1 bulb (the other was missing). No light anywhere near the sofa. No nightstand. Bathroom floor had some stain or residue on it. TV required a smart phone app to use (this may be standard now, but it was my first encounter with anything like this). I realize this is an economy property, but I've stayed at other Baymont hotels, and I honestly expected more from Wyndham.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. The outside of the building is absolutely disgusting. In all ways. Walked in & no receptionist. Had a sign to call to get ahold of them. Free breakfast was waffles & stale cereal. Walked into our room & immediately noticed the dirty floor. Earwigs in the bathroom. Had someone’s shirts in between the bed and the wall. Garbage on the bathroom floor. Food still left on the floor in our room. Couch was covered in stains. Mirrors were smeared. Bathroom had mold. Broken tv stand. Broken fridge enclosure AND mold around it. Cigarette butts and roaches in the pool area & the hallways. Never again…… First time coming to Keokuk to stay & absolutely disgusting & gross. Even the parking lot was filled of garbage. People smoking directly in front of the lobby doors. Do yourself a favor & spend the extra money to stay somewhere else…..

Unclean

Had to move rooms 3 times. First was unclean, second no air, third was also uncelan so we bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. Heather at the front desk was very understanding and did the best she could with what her management left her for the weekend.

The kids loved the pool. Hallways and lobby were so cold could not eat or visit because of being too cold. Parking lot is pretty dirty and could hear yelling out back at night almost all night, not on the property but close. Staff is excellent and very friendly and so helpful. Pool water was warm and very clean.
