Clean, compact and comfortable
Publié le 19 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayPerfect base for us when visiting family. Exactly as described in the listing. The cottage was warmer/better insulated than I expected, which was great. A little road noise can be heard, but not too bad.

The cottage was enough for us both

Not sure what you mean with the pool being on another property. It is definitely on our property and the same property your cottage was on. Maybe the cottage felt so private that you thought the pool was somewhere else :-).

Quiet getaway with family

Private and relaxing
Publié le 16 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayFelt quite at home staying here as the unit was very private and surrounded by orange trees. Very convenient location to use as a base to explore Bay of Islands and Northland. Feeding the pigs and chickens was also nice, especially exciting for our little one. Claes was very accommodating and kept us well supplied with fresh oranges. Highly recommend staying here is you want some privacy and peace.
