My husband and I were truly blown away by the magnificent staff at Berry Amour. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and genuine and we will never forget how beautiful our stay was because of the people. We had the most amazing honeymoon and everything was always very clean, all services were prompt and the staff go the extra mile. We cannot thank this wonderful team enough for making our time extra special.

Excellent excellent service overall. Definitely one of the best customer service I've had in a resort or hotel. The hotel is slightly dated unfortunately and due an upgrade in areas.

Incredibly Luxurious and Romantic private Villas. Clean and well maintained with all the facilities you could ask for. Service was 5 star and staff are helpful and friendly.

半年前からベリーアムールロマンティックヴィラに宿泊する事を楽しみにしていました。
期待していた以上に感動しました。スタッフの皆様はとても優しく親切で笑顔がとても良かったです。ヴィラはお洒落で優雅な気分で過ごす事が出来ました。清潔感があって、サービスもよく料理も美味しいかったです。マッサージも良かった。2日間の滞在でしたが、もっと連泊したかったです。見た目も紹介してる写真通りでした。またバリ島に来る時にはベリーアムールロマンティックヴィラを必ず選びます。ありがとう😊 sakamoto
