Nice, clean, quiet.

Nice clean hotel. Very nice front desk person. Our room had a slight tobacco smell to it, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, that’s whoever was in it before smoking in it against the rules. Coffee was really good. Nice quiet area.

Upon arrival at 6:00pm there was no one at the front desk, I used the phone to get the front desk person but got no answer. It stopped ringing after awhile, I hung up and called 2 more times, same result. I finally saw the lady in the back room and got her attention to get checked in. After getting to my room the lady did call to ask if everything was ok and I said it was, a few minutes later I called to ask where the ice machine was and again no answer, went downstairs used the phone at the front desk, no answer, found the lady in the back room to help me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, getting checked in was a little difficult.

We reserved the room, but did not arrive until after midnight and they had given the room away and had no others available. I guess I didn't read the fine print! And the girls at the front seemed half asleep and didn't seem to know what they were doing. To top it all off, we paid for the room in full!!!!

Our first room had a very strong cigarette smell. We were moved to a 2nd room that they had to come take care of a cleaning issue. After that it was fine. Staff was very friendly!

This property is in a very small town that doesn’t offer a lot, but the hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly staff.
