The property was clean and well put together. My only comment would be to add a couple more fans on the days it is really warm. We had two rooms but only one fan, and even with the windows open it was very warm.

Or stay in a signature double room for 2 nights in June was very much enjoyed. The staff were excellent, Daryll and Marianne thank you. Welcomed dogs. Fantastic location. Parking in the main Keswick capital was not a problem - cheap at £12:50 for 24 hours and dropping off suitcases was easy. We are on the restaurant and the food was great. Breakfast was top notch. We would stay again. Thank you to all staff.

Property was fine. Our issue was that we wanted to reduce our stay to 2 nights instead of 3. We tried the phone numbers provided by Expedia but could not reach the hotel in advance. We even had our hotel try them and no answer. So as a result we were not able to provide them advance notice. We informed them that we would only be staying 2 of the 3 nights, but they would not give us any refund whatsoever. They even charged us for the breakfast on the day we were not there. The attendants kept saying they there was nothing they could do. My biggest issue is that if I could have reached them in advance and confirmed that I would be charged the full amount, It would have influenced my decision on making the change in the first place. Bottom line is that that they were very difficult to reach and communicate with.
