Hi Curtis, I am sorry to hear you had to wait longer than usual to Check in. I spoke to the Front Desk agent and she said that she had minor checking in with a coach and was having to get parental permission and that is why it took longer than usual. We are Sorry for the inconvenience.

Great experience, clean room, helpful staff!

The ladies at the front desk were very courteous and helpful, especially Tanya! The rooms were modern with a balcony. The beds were plush with a plethora of pillows and also a fleece throw blanket on top. In the room was a desk and roll chair along with a comfy sitting chair and ottoman that was a great option to watch TV instead of always sitting in bed. Quality toiletries and a Keurig rounded out an exceptional stay. An adequate fitness room and pool/hot tub helped tired muscles after a long couple days on the slopes...if i had to nitpick, the towels were on the small side but overall it was a splendid stay and will return once in Sun Valley again

Nice property, close to everything. The staff was lovely. The property was clean. Unfortunately, the water temperature in our shower was unmanageable. It was scalding hot and we could not get enough water pressure to take a shower when we tried to add cold water into the mix. The solution was filling the waste basket with cold water, adding it to the hot water in the tub and taking a bath! I’m sure we could’ve requested a different room, but we were only there for a couple of days and didn’t want to move all our stuff around. The positives certainly outweigh the one negative and we would definitely stay there again (but in a different room lol).

Excellent location, this is a wonderful hotel with great accommodations and a warm atmosphere. We loved the fireplace in our room and the spa was a great way to end the snowy days.
