It’s a lovely home that worked very well for our entire family including adult children and grandchildren. The home is very comfortable with great linens and comfortable beds. The location is perfect and provides easy access to both Hailey and Ketchum and loads of space to enjoy the peace of the backyard where deer visited us each morning! We will definitely be back!

Amazing House
Publié le 28 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayOur stay was spectacular! It was the PERFECT HOUSE! The attention to detail and the amenities in the home were top notch! We loved everything about our stay!
I’m only giving this place 4 stars because of the check out process. The host accused us of breaking minor things that were broken or had been broken prior to our arrival, which I didn’t appreciate. If you stay here, go through the house thoroughly so you’re not later accused of someone else’s damage. For example there was a chair leg loose in the kitchen from the start of our stay. She later accused us of “breaking” the chair. I told her the leg was loose when we arrived and asked for a photograph of the damaged chair since all the furniture was in tact when we left. The host just ignored my email. She accused us of losing a second set of keys, when there was only one set of keys to begin with. So beware if you stay here. Make sure you go through the house with a fine tooth and comb so you aren’t accused of any damage!

Hi Madison, I am so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay it was a pleasure to host you. As for the accidental damages we found, it is our protocol to do a thorough inspection after each guest checks out. Sadly we found a dining chair with a broken leg and also a bathroom shelf that had been broken. As a guest you pay for an accidental damage insurance that would cover any accidental damages. My email communication to you upon your check out was to alert you as to what we found upon your departure, our rental agreement reads to please report any found damages upon arrival or within the first 24 hours. I never heard from you but found a couple damages so we always email to let guests know we would be filing a damage claim so they are in the loop. I am not sure how this is accusatory being we found these damages upon your departure. Either way I am happy to have hosted you all and I hope this explanation helps.
