I don’t like to give bad reviews, but the Daytime Manager at Hotel Ketchum has left me no choice!!!
I reserved a Ketchum King room with Disability Assistance as my wife needs help in the shower.
OMG ……. The room was a Broom Closet that was more fitting for the cleaning crew than a Senior Veteran with a disabled wife. The website photos are totally deceptive. When I asked about the size of the room the Manager said it wasn’t her problem. Buyer Beware at Hotel Ketchum!!!!!!!

We’re so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction in your room. I believe the interaction was a misunderstanding as I understood the issue to be that you didn’t believe that you booked our ADA room, and nothing about the size of the room. The room is similar square footage to our standard rooms, but the layout is very different due to the larger shower and bathroom and ada requirements for navigating the space and bed. (So no table and two chairs like our standard rooms). Our website and the third party websites list square footage of the room at around 300 square feet, same as our standard rooms. I never mentioned anything not being my problem, simply that booking direct can often clear up confusion (which I believed to be the issue was room type selection, which we found to be that you did in fact book the accessible room as we received the reservation). Again, I do apologize for your dissatisfaction and the misunderstanding about our conversation.

Amazing location everything is in walking distance and very convenient. Only problem is no rooms have microwaves which can be a little frustrating
