Nice, clean room with a great pool/hot/tub garden area. Staff was incredibly friendly. Free on-demand transportation to and from downtown Ketchum (although it’s also a pretty easy walk). Sad I only had one night here! Will definitely be back.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub, pool, and sauna. The night I was there, hot tub was freezing, the pool had an oily film on it, and the sauna temperature was room temperature and couldn’t be adjusted. The breakfast was full service and very good. When I told the front desk about the amenities being out of service, the front staff did give me chocolate which was nice. The view I had was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

I was unimpressed the pool was dirty, the hot tub was not warm (same temp as pool). The breakfast was underwhelming. For 300 bucks for a single night it should have been better. Location was nice, bed was good.
