Just steps to the ski lifts at River Run Lodge, a scenic 48-mile bike path and the charming upscale town of Ketchum and a short drive to the fabulous golfing at Sun Valley Lodge, this is the perfect year-round vacation home. Every effort has been made to make this the most comfortable and well appointed vacation rental in Sun Valley. We loved our stay in Ketchum at this property. Recently renovated with taste and very comfortable. So nice to have two balconies with views of Baldy! The host was very nice and responsive. Thanks Paula. Fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and beddings and fluffy bath towels. Near town and walking trails. Can even watch the paragliders land nearby. Highly recommend!

Amazing and Affordable Condo in Sun Valley
This was by far the nicest most well appointed ski condo I have ever stayed at. There were so many wonderful amenities it is difficult to name them all. Lots of extra towels and paper products (kleenex, TP and paper towels). The beds were extremely comfortable and the master bedroom had fantastic fluffy quilts. There was alot of lights ( one of my main complaints for ski condos) ample electrical outlets and the most extraordinary view out the livinng room. The kitchen has every thing you could think of including several coffee makers and a milk frother. We also especially liked that each of the rooms had their own separate thermostat We got lots of snow the week we were there so it was impossible to walk to the ski area at River Run unless you took the road which was dangerous with the snow, however the bus stopped right outside the driveway and it was pretty easy to get back and forth to the ski area using the bus. it was also very easy to check your skis at the mountain so you don't have to carry them back and forth. Sun valley is a great place and we went to several restaurants that we really liked. Enoteca was our favorite. This two bedroom condo was very affordable considering it was so nice and I promise you can't go wrong staying here,. I would highly recommend it.

Another wonderful stay at Winter Wonderland
This is our second year staying in this lovely, well-appointed condo, and we were just as pleased as we were last year. Paula is a great host who communicates easily and promptly to any request or question. The condo is fully equipped for all your needs. Again, we were impressed with the high quality of linens and towels. Although not a true “ski-in, ski-out property, it’s just a short ride to the River Run Plaza. We don’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!
Paula was a wonderful host! We had the easiest checkin and checkout - all the directions given were clear and she made herself available for any questions if needed. The condo was perfect for us and was so cozy. Every amenity was wonderful and that shower pressure was awesome! Will definitely stay here again, so close to the main part of town and the base of the mountain. 5 stars all the way!

Exactly what we wanted and needed!
The property is in a townhouse-style condo complex that is just on the outskirts of downtown Ketchum, walkable to the downtown area and the Sun Valley River Run ski area. Do you want to hike in the summer? Walk to River Run or drive to multitude of local hiking spots. Are you a skiier? River Run is very close, and the main Sun Valley resort is an easy drive. The unit itself is in excellent condition - remodeled baths, nice kitchen/appliances/cookware, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We like to cook for ourselves, and the kitchen was well stocked and friendly to use. The decks (there are two) overlook a small stream, and have a great view of Baldy. The white noise from the stream is PERFECT for good sleep and drowning out most any other noise. It's a great unit and Ketchum is a fun town. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful ski getaway
My husband and I took a ski trip with our 12 year old son and stayed in Paula’s condo. It was our first time in Ketchum / Sun Valley. We found the accommodations to be fantastic. The condo was clean, well- stocked, and perfectly situated within walking distance to the gondola and to the restaurants and shops in Ketchum. Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean, convenient!
Our family of four loved the stay! The building was convenient to the slopes, very clean and well supplied with items for daily needs. Our views of the slopes were beautiful & private. We felt we could keep blinds open and never had anyone or things to hinder our views. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. All rooms were quiet and we never heard a noise during the night. The parking was great and having a garage made things so easy. We had a small issue with the hot water heater but the owners were very communicative and had a plumber out to resolve the problem. Lastly, we loved talking with the owners. They were easy to reach and so very kind. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Staying in a wonderful “Winter Wonderland”condo
Once you enter “Winter Wonderland” condo, you know your stay in Ketchum is going to be perfect! From the beautifully decorated rooms to the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds with high-quality linens, this condo deserves a five-star rating. Oh, and did we also mention that the condo is incredibly clean? Although not a true ski-in/ski-out location, it’s a short walk or drive to the River Run Plaza. Paula provides extensive directions and explanations prior to arrival , and she quickly responds to all questions. We loved our stay at this beautiful condo, and we highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic Property
Paula's condo is fabulous. My husband and I spent 5 nights there and cannot praise it enough. To start, the condo is beautiful. The quality of the appliances, bedding and decor was very high. The bed was beyond comfortable. The hot water in the shower was sublime. The condo was extremely clean and kitted out for home cooking and general relaxing. We got along without a rental car or Uber. We often walked to town in a 20 minute invigorating walk. Paula supplied us with a great list of restaurants. We could see the mountains from every window. We skied every day and were able to walk there. The walk to the base lodge, however, was challenging to be sure. There is a narrow path outside the condo leading up to a series of icy parking lots which lead you to the lodge. We did it the first day and almost admitted defeat. Fortunately we discovered that we could leave our skis at the mountain for $7 a night. After that the commute was very doable. Everything about Paula's condo was 5 stars. (Side note: one tiny suggestion is for a newer coffee pot or better yet a Keurig machine.). Paula, many thanks!
