We had a minor issue at check-in. A realtor had an open house that day and did not return the key to the main lockbox. Vacasa solved the problem in 5 minutes (there was another lockbox with a second key.) Other than that small glitch, we had a great stay. The unit is clean, spacious and comfortable and a short walk from downtown Ketchum. We would stay here again if we return in the future.

Dark and Dingy

The overall feel of the unit and building was old and dingy. The unit itself had seen hard use.The attempt to cool the unit was not successful. Cutting a hole into the bedroom window was not a great option. Given how nice the entire Sun Valley area was I was surprised this wasn’t on par. The entire building could use a renovation.

Great location

Good location and good value. Somewhat dated, comfy beds, good TV. A bit dark, kitchen could be better equipped. Rug in primary bedroom needs stretching or replacement--some concerning ridges could cause accident. Glad to have AC, but it's a bit noisy.

Worst Experience EVER

I booked this property because of a few key criteria I was looking for. I wanted comfort (I knew it was going to be warm temperatures), close proximity to the town for walking distance and 2 bedrooms with separate baths. The ratings were very high from a Premier Host so I booked it. I paid per the schedule and felt good about my choice. Sadly, upon arrival at 7:00 pm on my day of check-in, the situation rapidly declined. One of my criteria was AC, which was noted in the amenities, under 'Heating and Cooling' it named thermostat. Having lived in the NE, the thermostat was clearly only heating. Temperatures for the time we would be there were in the highs of 100 with lows in the 70's. There was a portable AC unit in 1 room that was NOT to be moved because it was said to be vented through a window. That in fact was not accurate. If we were to run it, the back side of the unit would blow out hot air as the front would blow out cool air basically equaling each other out. Unfortunately, the second bedroom had no such unit. We also encountered a loud vibrating, humming sound that was heard all throughout the unit with no way that we could find to turn it off. The main bedroom also had a very rippled carpet which both my husband and I tripped on while in the room. I called the Vacasa management office to tell them our issues only to be pushed off with, 'sorry ma'am, this unit doesn't say AC available, and it will be 3 hours before someone can come see

It was very clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. It was also reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect Space To Check Out Ketchum

Property had everything we needed. Communication with management company was quick and easy. Easy walk to town and Gondola at the base. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Recommended!

Everything is great as mentioned in reviews and I may be too picky, but wish there was more light. Overhead light fixtures not working, probably to make the electrical work for TV cable boxes. Can’t adjust tv volume from remote in bedroom. Couple light bulbs out on other fixtures, but mostly need to use the lamps. Few sheets and pillows could use replacing (stains). But all that said, would probably stay here again. It worked well for our Spring Break ski trip!
