Great stay, great location.
Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayLong weekend trip for 3 scuba divers. Great property. Host was responsive to communication. Kitchen had a Keurig, coffee pot, microwave and fridge and all. Bathrooms appear recently updated and very nice. Water pressure was great. Bed was comfy. Easy walk to the jetty if you like the view or to fish. Caught a grey snapper off the jetty. Bring your own rods/reels. Easy walk off of screened porch to the pool.
Hope to stay here again next year.

Older than expected

Bathroom grout needs replacing missing and worn. Very dated.
Trash can by marina a small beach was overflowing stench was horrible could not stay there.
Pool area was updated and fresh-very nice
Mosquitos were horrible as you walk in front door.

Sorry that you had some issues with the property. As you can see from the long list of reviews, the overwhelming experience has been 5 stars.
The home looks exactly as shown in the photos. It's decorated in a typical Keys theme. So not sure why you chose this unit if you wanted something much more modern. The bathrooms were remodeled 3 years ago but will look into any issues with grout missing. Trash cans in a marina are not uncommon. All beaches in Florida will on occasion have seaweed accumulated along the shoreline. It does give off a smell, but to describe it as a horrible stench is quite an exaggeration. At dawn and dusk in the Keys it is not unusual for there to be mosquitos.

Great vacation stay
