Moon Bay Condos
Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was clean, all items we needed were furnished such as bedding, kitchen items and even some recreation items. We had a great stay and really loved the ocean side beach area for just relaxing. The owner had left little notes stuck up around the condo telling us about trash procedures, internet and tv operation and many other things. These notes were greatly appreciated. Whenever we had a question about something, well here's your note. Also the condo was larger than I expected so lots of room to socialize. Great stay, we will book it again.

Wonderful Stay!

Publié le 13 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe owner was great to work with. The property was clean and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle boats. The dock and pool was great as well. This was above our expectations and we could not of had a better time!

always a great week at moonbay
Publié le 12 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe owner was awesome!! Very accommodating, very easy to communicate with, and was straight up on point with answers to all my questions. The unit was well equipped for entertainment, linens, towels, and the kitchen. We ate in half the time and it was almost like being at home where everything worked and plenty of accoutrements.

Good location but needs updates
Publié le 25 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayClose to many great restaurants in Key Largo and more within a 30 min drive to Isalamorada. Resort grounds and pool are nice, but the unit needs updating - mattresses and sheets are worn, no ceiling fans in bedrooms, not enough lights in living area, no exhaust fan in dated bathrooms. We paid more for this unit to be able to use kayaks/paddleboard and then were told when we arrived that we have access to use everything on the beach.

The condo is very blue in the kitchen.

We are disappointed to hear your negative comments. As mentioned to you I have been unable to visit the condo for the past 2 years due to covid restrictions so haven’t been able to administer the upkeep that would ordinarily have been carried out. I am currently at the condo so have put processes in place to eradicate defects that I find. That said, decor is much of a personal opinion, but since most people spend little time in the condo, choosing to enjoy what Moon Bay complex has to offer, I would hope it wouldn’t & didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the holiday.
