The Expedia listing did not state that the pool was closed and the hotel was under renovation. Neither did the Marriott listing for the property. I would have never chose this hotel had I known. The noise was unbearable at times.

Hotel was under construction during our visit and I either missed the memo or didn’t see disclaimer when booking. No pool due to construction. Room was super small and tight to the point of feeling cluster phobic. Room also smelled very humid.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. I understand that having the pool closed for renovation was frustrating, we did have alternate pool options for tour guest to use. You experience of our renovations was below our standard. We hope that once our renovations are complete you will stay with us again so that we may regain your confidence in La Concha Key West.
