Our stay at Ocean's Edge had its highlights, but unfortunately, several challenges left us underwhelmed. Room Issues: We specifically booked an Ocean View room, only to find that the view was primarily of the restaurant, not the ocean. When we brought this up to the front desk, they acknowledged the mistake and moved us to another room. However, this new room only offered a partial ocean view, and we had to wait an additional day for another room to become available. This was an inconvenience and not what we had hoped for during our stay. Dining Experience: The dining experience was disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes for service, which felt excessive. Additionally, the menu options were limited, which made it difficult to enjoy the meals. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a better and more varied dining experience.

Overall the resort was lovely. Room was average. The shower contained mold which always is a negative for me. Asked twice to have our balcony door locked to be fixed and be able to lock our door. They tightened the handle but the door still didn’t lock. A bit uncomfortable leaving my balcony door unlocked all day and night. Limited food selection on site. Check in was a bad experience as the staff was unfriendly and made me feel like I was not welcome. He may have smiled at me once. The outside was beautiful and the resort was lovely to walk around. Didn’t use the pools but they looked nice and well kept.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was close to the airport however I didn't realize it was not within walking distance of what I wanted to see (that was my fault), they do have a shuttle that leaves every hour and drops you in front of the brewery and that same shuttle brings you back to the hotel. They also have bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Spent much my time lounging in the sun either on my balcony or outside, at night there was live music to enjoy. I ate much of my meals at the yellowfin which was a bit pricey but the staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel marketplace could maybe have a bit more items for purchase such as feminine product, overall I would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay. Pools are great staff will serve you poolside too. Bob and Jeff are fantastic they drive the shuttle. The resort offers free amenities as well kayaking paddle boarding etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Rooms were quite comfortable, view could have been better. Shuttle to town was very convenient. Could use more dining options, and need restrooms near pool areas. Overall I would certainly recommend Oceans Edge Resort to anyone looking for a place to stay in Key West.
