JUST OFF DUVAL...
Private single family home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  Open the rear French doors to a private backyard oasis with a heated pool and spacious deck for sunbathing, outdoor dining and grilling your fresh catch. Located a short walk from restaurants, bars and fun attractions.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS and AMENITIES...
Comfortable furnishings give this home a modern island feel.  Beautiful designer decor bring the atmosphere of the Keys right inside the door. Flat screen TVs are located in all bedrooms as well as the living area. The modern updates include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
Two bedrooms reside on the first floor. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed with access to the guest bath. The third bedroom is located up the spiral staircase in the loft and has two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the front living area features a pull-out accommodating one additional guest.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Swim in the pool or chill with a cocktail on the large rear deck. Dine under the stars or enjoy a good book at the outdoor seating.  Venture out the front door with your morning coffee to the front porch seating.

This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Great Everything
Nothing but great things to say about the house, location and communications with property managers. And what's not to like about having 3 bathrooms, especially with a larger family like ours. Just walk in and start enjoying key west. It's half a block from Duval St. and about a 5 minute walk to Southern Most.

We had a fantastic stay- this place felt bigger than it looks and is a great location. Two things to note as you consider: 1- the loft bedroom is truly a loft and can see/hear directly into the kitchen area & 2- the pool is a little square. Perfect for cooling off, but not a “swimming” pool. We loved it and would definitely recommend, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. The location is perfect for renting bikes and exploring the entire Key.

Great spot, clean home, plenty of space- exactly as advertised.
We had a great time - the home is spacious with 2 large beds and a nice loft upstairs. Very comfortable for 2 families. The location can't be beat - close to walk but not on top of Duval so nice and quiet. We had an enormous rental car that parked comfortably right in front! Very happy, thanks!

Cutest little house in best location!
The house was so cute and charming. Barely a block from Duval St., the location couldn't be beat. Walking distance to everything! Kitchen is very small with mini appliances so don't recommend if you want to do lots of cooking for more than 2 people. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. Really enjoyed it!

Sunkissed House: Perfect for People Who Like Cool Beds & Warm Pools!
We had an amazing stay at the Sunkissed House! It was perfect for our trip—clean, spacious, and conveniently close to everything. We either walked or used Uber every day, which made exploring Key West super easy. The sleeping arrangements were great, and the beds were comfortable. The small pool was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed gathering around it on Saturday morning with the group. We even used the grill, which worked fine but is showing its age; it could use a replacement as the burners are rusty and not functioning fully. The check-in process was a little tricky—I struggled to find the lockbox at first, which might have been user error, but it could be more straightforward. Parking was also a bit of a challenge. Although two cars fit, we were lucky to find spots early and didn't move them for the duration of our stay. The house layout worked well for us. The property is divided into two sections, each with its own AC, which was great for the varying temperature preferences within the group. The late checkout, which was granted due to a Tropical Storm warning, was much appreciated. As a host myself, I usually offer some flexibility with check-out times, and it would have been nice to see more of that. That said, overall, we loved the house! It was well-furnished, with newer appliances, and everything worked as expected. The design was modern while still capturing that classic Key West charm. We would definitely stay here again!

Wanted to let you know there are active termites in the bottom of the doors that go out to the deck And the flooring on the deck is loose and a trip hazard Location was perfect While I know you don’t provide coffee, a couple k pods would have been nice till we could get to the grocery store I have a picture of the termite stuff but nowhere to post it here

A Few Days in Paradise

Location made it walkable to everything yet quiet at night. Property Managers were very responsive and friendly. Extremely clean. Would caution using the loft area for adults as staircase made it very difficult to get luggage upstairs. No closet or floor space. Overall a perfect choice!

The property is a cute house, great location, and was very clean. We were a group of 6 active senior adults. The 3rd bedroom is not easy to access with a very tight, spiral staircase. They show the staircase in the pictures, but it's much more difficult to navigate than it appears.

Relaxing Birthday Weekend
Spacious, comfortable, quiet home. The pictures do show what you are getting . . . But then you open the front door and realize what a gem this is . . . . For the size and location. Even the pool is bigger than it appears in the photos. There were 6 of us, adults, and we could have all fit in the pool comfortably if we had all chosen to be in it at the same time. First time we ever got visited by the iguanas - beautiful creatures. Kitchen has all the essentials but no cutting boards, light over sink did not work, and comforting to find pool friendly glasses. The fridge is amazing! Clean, cozy, comfortable for 6 of us. Bathrooms are up to date though bathroom in front bedroom is a bit snug. Be mindful of the winding staircase as you can smack your head on the lower end if you're not paying attention. The trash & recycling bins were right below so we had to move them to avoid further run ins. Good number of outlets. Fans and lights operate on the same remotes. While I thought the blinds were cute and different they are a little difficult to set so prepare to not mess with them a whole lot otherwise you may feel like they're breaking/broken. This is the furthest south we've stayed on the island. The house is on a quiet street with some amazing restaurants on both ends. The Tipsy Rooster is not only a bar but also liquor store right around the corner on Simonton. Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my 40th!
