Breakfast was perfect, pool was comfortable.

Average B&B for the price - great location
Posted Aug. 7, 2024 on HotelsIt is an overall a cute little B&B. We personally just had an issue with bugs in the shower. We stayed in the small queen room and it is VERY small. The size itself was manageable but the cleanliness of the floors and bathroom is why unfortunately we most likely will not stay there again. The staff working were all very pleasant and great to talk with. Daily towels delivered to our room. Reserved parking (have to pay extra for) was great but you do have to move for a few hours if you are there on a Sunday as they use the neighbors church parking lot. That was a little frustrating but we found street parking quick enough. Breakfast options are just a few items (waffles, bagels, muffins, etc.). There were no options for eggs or breakfast meat. For the price and location, not bad at all. IF the clealiness of the floors and bathroom bugs improved we would stay again.

Greetings, Per most of our review, Our guesthouse is extremely clean. We wish you would have brought any issues to us to resolve any suspicions. The rooms are cleaned and inspected by the manager on duty. There is only 12 rooms here. Cleaning is our forte and 1st priority for being a small guesthouse in this valuable neighborhood.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. I appreciated Sammie (and his sweet doggie Katie) helping us get checked in. Dawson took care of us during our stay with wonderful breakfasts and answered all our questions. Loved the pet friendly environment!

Sam was awesome! Very welcoming an had an amazing personality. Treated us like family, took time to show us the property. I would stay there again for sure!
