Chambre Calme bien qu’un peu sombre

Thank you for your review. I am glad you were satisfied with your room. I am sorry to hear it was a bit dark for you however. With the energy efficient light bulbs it can sometimes take a while for the room to not feel dark, one of the things we wish the bulbs were better at. We do hope everything else was satisfactory and that you consider staying with us again.

Hotel was clean and was perfect for our family.
The pool and hot tub area were clean and facilities were great. My kids were bummed out that they weren’t providing the evening bonfires and smores like in the past. Also the sauna was out of order and we really wanted to utilize it.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and our pool room. You may be mistaking us with another hotel during your stay only because we do not have bonfires (would be awesome if we did and had smores though!) or a sauna at our hotel. However we do hope you enjoyed your time in Keystone with us as well.

Parking was inadequate for the size of the hotel, spaces very narrow. I would say that was the only drawback to the facility.
